I was engaged by Glanworth GAA club as the Project Architect / Contract Administrator  (from inception to completion on site) for the developmnet of a new club house.  Following a Tendering Procedure Martin Roche selected as the Main Contractor.

While supervising the site works I found Martin Roche and all of his staff and sub-contractors to be of the upmost competancy and professionalism. The project came in on time and on budget. Martin is a problem solver and has a keen eye for a quality finish.
