We offer our clients the option of new build on their own site, and give them a turn key finish with everything completed. We can complete their house to builders finish if this suits their budget, or we can complete timber flooring, tiling ,painting, fitted unites and kitchen.

We personally supervise all aspects of build and work with clients and their architects and engineers to produce their house. We only use top quality tradesmen on our construction sites. We are registered with Home Bond.

We also construct extensions to existing buildings from our clients drawing and specifications. We meet with clients discuss the project with them give a time for completion. We personally supervise all aspects of the build as it completed.

We have meetings with clients on regular basis during the build, if they require any changes we can accommodate them with minimal cost to client. We can complete as much as the finishes as client requires. ie. painting, tiling, timber flooring and kitchens.

We can renovate your existing house, as people often fine this a better system than trying to find the perfect site. We can work with drawings and specifications supplied by the client. We have a lot of experience in this area which is what is required for this type of work.

We can redo electrical, plumbing and heating, fit new insulation, windows and doors. Re plaster inside and out. Complete the work to current building regulations and on time.
